I think 120 px x 120 px is good. Because 150 will expand the userbar at the left side of the post. I've experimented with 120 square a few times, it doesn't cause any hassles. XD

I was gonna suggest 200x200 but since ^ mentioned the window problem, I'll agree with 120x120.
